Teaching Personnel in Portsmouth is seeking a confident Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded secondary school. This full-time role offers immediate start and the chance to gain valuable classroom experience across subjects.

You will manage classes of 11–16-year-olds, deliver pre-set plans, support SEN pupils, and provide feedback to teachers. The role includes ongoing professional development and access to Teaching Personnel’s recruitment team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with secondary-aged students.
• Exposure to supporting pupils with SEN.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and oversee pre-set lesson plans across various subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour.
