Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is assisting a well-established secondary school in Lincolnshire to recruit a reliable School Caretaker. The role is full-time and permanent, starting as soon as possible, with a focus on safety, security, and keeping the site well presented.

You will join the site team and work with senior leadership to support day-to-day operations and create a positive environment for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous caretaker, site assistant, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and health & safety.
• Practical, hands-on approach with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
