Job summary

Aggreko is recruiting a Sales Representative to drive growth by securing new business across industries relying on advanced temperature control systems. You will identify opportunities, present Aggreko solutions, and nurture relationships with key accounts, delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end sales from prospecting to close, collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering, and use CRM/CPQ processes to track leads, quotes, and pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business.
• Experience selling HVAC or temperature control equipment is a plus.
• Proven ability to identify and convert new leads using outbound approaches.
• Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in industries using temperature control systems.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives for HVAC equipment and services.
• Develop market coverage strategies and fill gaps with direct sales.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket Operations and Engineering to support the business.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and grow national coverage.
• Use CRM and CPQ to manage activities, quotes, leads, and data.
