Job summary

TurnerFox Recruitment is seeking a Sales Administrator in Mansfield to support a busy sales and projects team. You will coordinate and track projects and act as the first point of contact for clients.

The role involves handling project briefs to completion, updating on timescales, and producing quotations while coordinating with multiple departments. Previous B2B customer service and admin experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B customer service and administration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in a technical or construction environment advantageous.
• Ability to manage own workload and multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Working on project support from the initial brief through to completion.
• Act as a main point of contact for all business customers, updating on project timescales and dealing with queries.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments including projects, engineering, design and sales teams.
• Updating the in-house systems and maintaining project files.
• Respond to customer quotation requests, prepare new quotations, and revise existing quotations where needed.
