Charles Street Finance (CSF) is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to build strong relationships with brokers and clients, driving new and repeat business in a fast-paced environment. You will package deals for underwriting, manage cases from enquiry to completion, and hit monthly targets using our internal CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Issue terms on agreed deals in line with credit appetite and service standards.
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion (cradle to grave).
• Prepare clear, accurate, and commercially focused case summaries for underwriting.
• Ensure all leads and updates are accurately keyed onto internal systems.
• Maintain CRM to support pipeline visibility and follow-ups.
• Regularly contact existing clients to identify refinancing and retention opportunities.
• Support external BDMs by packaging cases for submission to underwriting.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with brokers and introducers.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure cases progress smoothly and efficiently.
• Hit KPI's for application packs and deals completed.
