Job summary

Charles Street Finance in the Greater Manchester area is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive new and repeat business by building strong relationships with brokers and clients, proactively generating deal opportunities, and supporting cases through to completion.

You will work with field-based and internal teams, packaging deals efficiently, maintaining momentum across cases, and aiming to maximise client retention and long-term value in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Issue terms on agreed deals in line with credit appetite and service standards.
• Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion ("cradle to grave").
• Prepare clear, accurate, and commercially focused case summaries for underwriting.
• Ensure all leads and updates are accurately recorded onto internal systems.
• Maintain and effectively manage the CRM to support pipeline visibility and follow-ups.
• Regularly contact existing clients to identify refinancing and retention opportunities.
• Support external BDMs by packaging cases for submission to underwriting.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with brokers and introducers.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure cases progress smoothly and efficiently.
• Hit KPI’s for application packs and deals completed.
