Poundland in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to be our brand ambassador on the shop floor. You’ll help create a great shopping experience for customers every day, keeping the store stocked and tidy while delivering excellent service.

You’ll join a supportive team with training to get you up to speed, contributing to smooth deliveries, tills, and a safe, welcoming environment. This role offers development opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Organised with good attention to detail, especially at the tills.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store stocked and well presented on a daily basis.
• Provide fantastic customer service and assist shoppers.
• Support deliveries and ensure stock is correctly shelved.
• Ensure checkouts run smoothly and accurately.
• Maintain a safe, tidy and welcoming shopping environment.
