Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our branch and help drive customer satisfaction and sales performance. The role involves handling telephone and online queries, promoting promotions, and delivering excellent service to customers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a Monday–Friday schedule, averaging 45 hours per week, with alternate Saturdays. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organised, and able to work well under pressure, contributing to team and branch

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales and/or customer service in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer focused with ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Handle telephone and electronic queries and promote product promotions.
• Fully satisfy customer needs regarding orders, parts, and queries.
• Contribute to team performance and personal sales targets.
• Coordinate with Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Build product knowledge through internal literature and training.
