Job summary

GSF Car Parts in Romford is seeking an outgoing Sales Advisor to support the branch by meeting customer needs and achieving branch and personal sales targets. You will build sound customer relationships, answer telephone and online queries, and promote products to drive sales.

Working hours are 45 per week with alternate Saturdays. The role requires resilience under pressure, excellent communication, and teamwork, with a bonus structure and benefits to support health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales and/or customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and hit targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised with great attention to detail.
• IT literate.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of car parts helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Answer telephone queries and handle electronic queries.
• Fully satisfy customer needs for parts orders and queries.
• Promote sales products and promotions.
• Coordinate with Distribution Co-ordinator to meet delivery requirements.
• Develop product knowledge through internal literature.
• Use the e-learning portal to improve performance.
