Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a Retail Supervisor to support the smooth running of operations at a major High Street brand. The role involves supervising a frontline team, handling till duties, stock control, and weekly rotas within a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring deliveries are checked, stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a positive, welcoming environment.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Using the till, taking orders and receiving payments.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as required.
• Producing weekly rotas following managerial guidelines.
• Placing orders to maintain stock levels.
• Delegating tasks and ensuring proactive team performance.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
