Job summary

Connect Plus Services (CPS) seeks a Reactive Access Planner to coordinate and plan safe access to the M25 network, ensuring works align with programme constraints and operational needs. You will liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to secure access arrangements and maintain thorough documentation.

The role requires experience in planning or access planning, strong organisational and communication skills, and a solid understanding of health and safety in live environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling or access planning roles (utilities, rail or highways desirable).
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements in live operational environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to reactive demands.
• Experience engaging with local authorities or similar organisations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate access for reactive works across the network.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients and stakeholders to agree access arrangements.
• Ensure all access requests meet safety and compliance standards.
• Manage changes to plans and respond quickly to operational challenges.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of access.
