Qualifications

• Team leadership experience leading a production team.
• Ability to collect and report production and downtime data.
• Ensure manufacturing procedures are followed and quality standards met.
• Maintain safety equipment and perform regular checks.
• Check equipment calibration and ensure systems function correctly.
• Monitor safety practices and complete H&S checks.
• Train operators and support development of staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong communication between shifts to maximise factory performance.
• Manage staffing levels and ensure trained personnel available across stations.
• Chair morning team meetings and support daily production meetings.
• Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with Engineering and Production teams.
• Promote teamwork, problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Understand machine operation to run equipment during breaks or training.
