Responsabilités

• Team leadership and staff allocation to meet production targets.
• Production reporting: collect, interpret and report downtime data.
• Quality compliance: ensure procedures followed and equipment calibrated.
• Safety monitoring: maintain safety checks and train operators.
• Compliance tasks: complete IMS data and safety checks.
• Manage staffing levels and ensure trained personnel across stations.
• Chair morning team meetings and support daily production meetings.
• Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with Engineering and Production teams.
• Promote teamwork, problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Understand machine operation to run equipment during breaks or training.
