Qualifications

• Experience in a primary school setting or strong Early Years/Nursery background transitioning to primary education.

Responsibilities

• Whole-Class Support: assist the class teacher with classroom management and active learning.
• Small Group Work: deliver targeted reading, writing, and maths interventions for small groups.
• 1:1 Support: provide individual tailored assistance for pupils throughout the day.
