Supply Desk is partnering with a welcoming primary school in West Drayton to recruit a PPA Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, while providing release time for class teachers. This role suits a flexible and motivated educator with strong classroom management and curriculum knowledge.

The successful candidate will support pupils across year groups, adapt strategies, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of EYFS and KS1/KS2 curricula.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexible, adaptable teaching across different year groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Provide high-quality cover for teachers during PPA time to ensure continuity of learning.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet pupils across different key stages.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support pupils with a range of abilities, including those with SEN.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning.
• Assess and provide feedback on pupils’ progress where appropriate.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and carers.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team.
