Qualifications

• Good computer skills and confident use of Microsoft Office and similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to coordinate maintenance works.
• Respond to maintenance enquiries by telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Organise and prioritise maintenance requests to resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and update computer systems.
• Remain calm under pressure and resolve issues in a practical, professional manner.
