eNL, a South Wales firm, seeks a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to handle family and civil disputes including contract, property, debt recovery and contentious probate. You will draft documents, correspondences and court papers, negotiate settlements, advise clients and provide advocacy where appropriate.

The role offers varied work across two connected specialisms with opportunities for business development and client relationship building. A competitive salary is offered.

Formación

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE.
• Strong negotiation and drafting abilities and sound client care.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Handle contract, property and debt recovery disputes.
• Manage contentious probate, divorce and financial remedies and cohabitation matters.
• Draft documents, correspondence and court papers; negotiate settlements.
• Advise clients, build relationships and provide advocacy where appropriate.
