Job summary

Ramnoth Junior School in Wisbech is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with class responsibility to join our friendly team. If you have a passion, ambition and commitment to ensure our children reach their potential and develop a love of learning then we would love to hear from you!

We would like a Teaching Assistant who has a genuine interest in children and is able to respond to them professionally with a quiet authority, and who is passionate about meeting the needs of all children

Qualifications

Must have genuine interest in children and respond to them professionally with quiet authority.
Passionate about meeting the needs of all children including those with additional needs.
Able to lead the class during PPA and cover situations.
Able to support the class teacher to ensure active participation of children in academic and social activities.
Committed to raising standards of achievement for all children.
Willing to engage with school life, parents and the wider community.
Willing to work in a school with strong ethical values and The Elliot Foundation Values embedded.
