Job summary

Nene & Ramnoth is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will support learning across the curriculum, lead the class during PPA and cover periods, and work with children including those with additional needs.

You will contribute to raising achievement and engage with parents and the wider community within a school that values safeguarding and a supportive staff culture.

Qualifications

  • Must have a genuine interest in children and respond professionally with quiet authority.
  • Passionate about meeting needs of all children, including those with additional needs.
  • Able to lead the class during PPA and cover situations.

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with class responsibility to join our friendly team. If you have a passion, ambition and commitment to ensure our children reach their potential and develop a love of learning then we would love to hear from you!

We would like a Teaching Assistant who:

  • has a genuine interest in children and is able to respond to them professionally with a quiet authority.
  • is passionate about meeting the needs of all children including those with additional needs.
  • can lead the class during PPA and cover situations.
  • can support the class teacher to ensure the active participation of children in the academic and social activities of the school.
  • will contribute to raising standards of achievement for all children.
  • is willing to engage with all aspects of school life, parents and the wider community.
  • wishes to work in an organisation with strong ethical values and is willing to work with us to ensure that The Elliot Foundation Values are embedded.
