St Andrew's CofE VC Junior School in Burnham-on-Sea is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our SEND team, delivering classroom support and helping pupils engage confidently in their learning.

You will assist with resource preparation, health care support, and record-keeping, working 27.5 hours per week, term-time only, fixed-term until 31 August 2027, with Pathway Trust offering a supportive environment and clear development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with individual needs, particularly those with SEN.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and adapt to changing needs.
• Confident delivering pre-planned lessons to small groups.

Responsabilités

• Deliver classroom support for pupils, planned and supervised by teachers.
• Assist with resource preparation, display and care for pupils including health care.
• Keep and share records of work, liaise with colleagues, parents and carers as needed.
