Job summary

Cordwalles Junior School is seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team in Camberley. You will work across classes, small groups and one-to-one to help pupils access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.

You should be adaptable, energetic and committed to working with children, parents and external agencies, contributing to a positive, inclusive school community within GLF Schools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with whole classes, small intervention groups and on a one-to-one basis to support pupils to access the curriculum.
• Contribute to an inclusive learning environment and adapt to different learning needs.
• Support teachers by facilitating activities and managing group dynamics.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the cluster and engage with external agencies as required.
