• Prepare, maintain and use equipment/resources for lessons as directed.
• Keep accurate records and observations to inform pupil progress.
• Assist with behaviour management and safe learning environments.
• Lead small groups under teacher guidance and model planned teaching practices.
• Organise learning spaces and resources to sustain a safe, stimulating environment.
• Use ICT to support pupil learning and activities.
• Provide feedback on pupil progress and attainment within lessons.
