Job summary

Bredon Hill Academy is seeking a self-motivated teaching assistant to support inclusion for students with a range of behavioural and learning needs. You will work with teachers to deliver targeted literacy, numeracy and social interventions in a supportive rural setting.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible attitude.
• Experience in literacy, numeracy and social intervention programmes is advantageous.
• Must undergo an enhanced DBS check and obtain medical clearance.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
