Job summary

Lymm High School in England is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join its supportive, diverse team. The role will primarily involve supporting students in the classroom, preparing resources and delivering personalised intervention programmes for key pupils.

All necessary training will be provided and you will be welcomed into a large team who work to support students with a variety of needs, including EHCPs.

Qualifications

• Committed and enthusiastic individual
• Ability to support students in the classroom
• Ability to prepare resources and deliver targeted interventions
• Willingness to undergo safeguarding checks and training
• Experience in education or support roles is helpful

Responsibilities

• Support students in class and deliver personalised intervention programmes
• Prepare additional learning resources and materials
• Contribute to targeted support for key pupils and EHCP learners
• Follow safeguarding policies and work within school procedures
