The position is full-time, office-based in Bradford with a salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus commission and benefits including pension and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales focused role, ideally involving outbound telephone sales.
• Confident picking up the phone and speaking with prospective businesses.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and convert conversations into sales.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills over the telephone.
• Motivated by targets and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective businesses by telephone to generate new sales opportunities.
• Make outbound sales calls and engage with prospective companies.
• Identify business requirements and establish how the company's services can meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing companies.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and previous conversations to maximise sales opportunities.
• Manage your own pipeline of prospective business and maintain accurate records of activity.
• Build rapport with decision-makers and develop relationships through regular contact.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards wider team objectives.
