Highworth Insurance is seeking an Insurance Agent to join our growing New Business Team. This role focuses on driving new client relationships within the insurance sector and will work closely with introducers and Directors to achieve objectives.

You will build trust with clients, negotiate terms and premiums with insurers, and apply a consultative, questioning approach to identify opportunities and deliver the best outcomes for clients and the business.

• Experience developing and building relationships within the Insurance sector.
