Howden is seeking an Insurance Advisor to join the Consumer & Local Commercial team. The role includes on-site training, workshops, coaching and support toward industry qualifications, with a pathway to a rewarding career within the organisation.

You will build relationships, understand client needs and craft insurance solutions, with no prior experience required. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting Howden insurance products.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to share best practices and improve product offerings.
