You will represent clients in possession proceedings, injunctions, tenancy enforcement and rent recovery, while developing expertise in risk management and client relationships within a leading national firm. The role offers exposure to high-profile cases and opportunities to mentor junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years PQE in housing management litigation.
• Experience with anti-social behaviour, possession proceedings and tenancy enforcement.
• Strong time management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of housing management and anti-social behaviour matters.
• Represent housing associations, registered providers and other landlords on contentious housing issues.
• Handle possession proceedings, injunctions, disrepair claims and rent recovery.
• Provide advocacy where appropriate.
• Assist other case handlers and develop junior team members.
• Support business development and client relationship activities.
