• Robust housing litigator with experience in a solicitor’s firm or in-house.
• Ability to deal with housing litigation matters such as possession and disrepair claims.
• Consistent track record of meeting monthly time recording and billing targets.

Responsibilities

• Defend disrepair claims and possession matters.
• Handle landlord and tenant issues including forfeiture claims.
• Manage support services and supervise junior staff.

Skills

Strong experience in housing management legal department

Excellent communication and client care skills

Ability to manage a busy caseload

Experience with landlord and tenant matters
