Academics Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Maidenhead. The role involves delivering lessons across KS1 and KS2, covering classes when needed, and working closely with teachers to support pupil progress in a inclusive setting.

Ideal candidates hold an HLTA qualification or equivalent experience, with strong classroom management and communication skills, and a proactive, adaptable approach to teaching and learning.

• Experience in a primary school setting.
• Ability to deliver lessons independently across KS1/KS2.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across KS1 and KS2.
• Provide classroom cover and support curriculum delivery.
• Work alongside class teachers to support pupils' progress and attainment.
• Adapt learning activities to meet pupils' needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain an inclusive classroom environment.
• Provide additional support to individuals and small groups.
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning.
