Job summary

The Education Network Birmingham is seeking a passionate History Teacher for an Outstanding secondary school in Coventry to start September 2026 on a long-term supply basis.

You will teach History across KS3 to KS5, delivering engaging lessons that develop students' knowledge, analytical skills, and understanding of significant events. You will support GCSE/A Level preparation and progress.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Experience teaching History across KS3 to KS5.
• Strong subject knowledge and analytical skills.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to supporting student progress and attainment.
