Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator/Resourcer to join our Health and Social Care temporary staffing division in the UK. The role involves filling shifts quickly, sourcing and registering candidates, and tracking applicants through compliance, while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

You will also generate new leads, maintain records, support the team, and participate in a 1-in-3 weekend on-call rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales or customer service roles.
• Ability to speak with candidates and clients by telephone and build relationships.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Filling temporary staffing shifts quickly and efficiently
• Sourcing and registering new candidates
• Tracking candidates through the recruitment and compliance process

• Supporting the wider temporary staffing team
