Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain external grounds across three educational sites in Clacton. You will help create clean, safe and welcoming environments for students and visitors, with a focus on high standards and reliability. The role requires a Full UK driving licence, is full-time, 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and offers a competitive salary of £24,454 per year along with a structured benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in professional grounds maintenance/gardening.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment.
• General maintenance of grounds including grass cutting, debris, leaves and litter, hedge and shrub trimming.
• Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride-on machinery.
• Basic flower bed maintenance.
• Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery.
