Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain external grounds across three educational sites in Clacton. You will drive company vehicles, perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, debris clearance and operate gardening machinery.

A Full UK driving licence is essential and knowledge of health and safety procedures is required. The role runs 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with statutory benefits and a supportive, values-driven workplace.

You will be working across 3 educational sites playing an important role in maintaining the external grounds, to ensure the conditions of the sites are well kept for students and visitors.Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities.
