Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Division in Clacton. You will maintain the external grounds across three educational sites to ensure clean, safe and welcoming environments for students and visitors.

Applicants should hold a full UK driving licence and bring professional grounds maintenance experience. Knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential, along with a commitment to delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Professional grounds maintenance/gardening experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting and maintenance of grounds across sites.
• Clearance of debris, leaves and litter; hedge and shrub trimming.
• Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride-on machinery.
• Basic flower bed maintenance; maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery.
