Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain external grounds across three educational sites in Clacton. A full UK driving licence is essential, with hours 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday. Your role includes operating grounds equipment, basic flower bed work, and vehicle/machinery maintenance, contributing to high-standards of site presentation.

Qualifications

• A Full UK driving licence is required.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and safety procedures.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles and transport plant, machinery and equipment.
• General maintenance of grounds: grass cutting, debris, leaves, litter, hedges and shrubs.
• Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride-on machinery.
• Basic flower bed maintenance.
• Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery.
