• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• Inclusion on NHS England GP Performers List.
• MRCGP or an equivalent qualification.
• Evidence of ongoing CPD.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical care to the registered population across all ages.
• Provide services in line with primary care guidelines and contracts.
• Examine, assess and plan care; manage acute and long-term conditions.
• Deliver face-to-face, home visit, telephone and digital consultations.
• Lead and contribute to quality improvement and service development in a multidisciplinary team.
