Wessex Garages is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our Nissan and Mazda dealership in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. You will drive profitability, coach department leaders, and ensure exceptional customer service while aligning with our values of Knowledge, Value, Transparency.

Qualifications

• GM experience in motor trade preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Nissan/Mazda dealerships.
• Take responsibility for financial performance and reporting to the Sales Director.
• Lead Sales, Aftersales and Parts with focus on growth and customer satisfaction.
• Set objectives, monitor performance, and coach senior leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements.
