Fox Hills Golf & Banquet Center in Plymouth, Michigan is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Front of the House Manager. This full-time role oversees a la carte and banquet service, trains FOH staff, and ensures a positive guest experience with a proactive, high-energy approach.

The successful candidate will manage payroll-related tasks, inventory, budgeting, and operate POS systems, Word, and Excel. Schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• College Degree Preferred.
• 2 years Front of the House Management Experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll, inventory, and budgeting is desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and point of sale systems.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a qualified Food & Beverage Manager who is committed to delivering the highest standards of quality and hospitality for our guests and fosters a fun and rewarding environment for our staff. This person should be a hands-on, high energy individual with excellent people skills and supervisory experience. Must be available to work a varied schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).

Front of the House Managers (FOH Manager) oversee the a la carte and banquet food service and assist in the training and development of all FOH employees. Candidate must possess a proven track record of team management, organizational and coaching skills. Knowledge of payroll, inventory, and budgeting is desired. Must have experience with technical literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel and point of sale systems.
