Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or FM environments.
• Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds 2/3 or equivalent).
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Proficient with reporting on mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to keep assets safe and efficient.
• Prepare inspections, reports, and remedial logs on time.
• Build relationships with clients and respond professionally.
• Work safely following Permit to Work and safety procedures.
