Job summary

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications such as City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, HND, ONC or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance, remedial works and basic plumbing tasks.
• Perform AHU maintenance, emergency lighting checks and general fabric maintenance.
• Ensure works are safe, compliant and completed to client and industry standards.
• Maintain logs, compliance documentation and write-ups of all work.
• Record progress using PDA and CAFM systems and support first-time fixes where possible.
