Job summary

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care as named nurse.

• Supervise and educate unqualified staff and students.
• Contribute to discharge planning and care documentation.
• Support preceptorship programmes and role-model best practice.
• Be flexible to work variable shifts.
• Adhere to risk assessments and safety standards.
