The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of high quality care to a defined patient group within the acute hospital setting. They are responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of evidence-based individualised patient care within the boundaries of their role. The post holder will contribute to the continuing development of standards of care, including developments of nursing standards and monitoring of outcomes. The post holder will be expected to continue with their own professional development.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such, it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
Salary: £29,970 to £36,483 a year, pro rata
