U-Drive Vehicle Hire in Poole is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our committed team. You will be the first point of contact for customers at the branch, handling bookings, quotes, payments and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Under the guidance of the Branch Manager, you will work a 45-hour rota that includes weekends, delivering excellent service, coordinating vehicle bookings, processing contracts, and offering optional extras to ensure a smooth customer

Formación

• Full clean UK driving license.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate quotes based on customer requirements and manage bookings.
• Confirm vehicle bookings and customer needs via phone calls.
• Administer rental hire contracts and process payments.
• Use internal systems to create and process bookings and updates.
• Verify customer ID and assess insurance requirements.
• Promote optional extras and add-ons at the point of sale.
• Check vehicles in/out and explain hire terms to customers.
• Handle queries and complaints by phone and face-to-face.
• Conduct vehicle checks and note any damage or faults.
• Assist with deliveries, collections and vehicle valeting when needed.

Conocimientos

Full clean UK driving license
