Aviva in Leeds is seeking a Customer Sales Adviser for Green Flag Rescue to handle inbound/outbound calls, selling new breakdown cover, discussing renewals, and processing policy changes while delivering outstanding service.

This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week on a rotational schedule, with a starting salary of £28,800–£31,767 and a 6% bonus potential, plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension, holidays, private medical, product discounts, and more.

Qualifications

• This role requires demonstrable sales experience or strong background in sales and customer engagement.
• Ability to handle objections confidently and retain customers.
• Excellent listening and questioning techniques to identify needs and cross-sell.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and comfort using multiple systems while on calls.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for new and existing customers calling to buy, renew, or change policy.
• Drive sales and retention by understanding needs and presenting appropriate cover.
• Deliver exceptional service with clear guidance and reassurance on inquiries.
• Accurately capture details, process sales, upgrades, and manage retentions and cancellations.
• Collaborate within the Green Flag Rescue team to meet sales, retention, and quality targets.
