Aviva plc is seeking a Customer Sales Adviser for Green Flag Rescue in Leeds. The role focuses on selling breakdown cover, handling renewals, and delivering excellent customer service while driving retention and revenue.

You will process policy changes, upgrade covers, and log details across key systems. The position offers a 37.5-hour week, shift-based hours, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension, holidays, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable sales experience (preferred) with a persuasive telephone manner.
• Strong objection-handling and retention skills for converting conversations.
• Excellent active listening and questioning to identify needs and cross-sell.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail.
• Good IT skills; comfortable using multiple systems to log changes.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for new and existing customers buying breakdown cover and discussing renewals.
• Drive sales and retain customers by understanding needs and presenting the right cover solutions.
• Process policy changes, apply upgrades, and manage retentions across multiple systems.
• Collaborate within a high-performing Green Flag Rescue team to meet sales, retention and quality targets.
• Accurately capture customer details and ensure compliant, quality service.
