Your day will involve supervising classes across subjects, delivering pre-prepared tasks, managing behaviour with consistency, and building positive relationships with students and staff.

• encouraging pupils to work independently and stay focused
• liaising with teaching staff and passing on relevant feedback
• becoming a familiar and positive presence around the school
