• 2-4 years PQE with corporate & commercial focus.
• Solid grounding in corporate and commercial matters across a range of transactions and advisory work.
• Strong technical skills and the ability to apply legal knowledge in a commercially practical way.
• Understanding of commercial priorities and challenges facing businesses.
• Confidence in managing client relationships and communicating complex legal issues clearly.
• Ability to organise and progress a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and genuine interest in contributing to the team’s success.

Responsabilidades

• Work with a varied portfolio of clients on transactional and advisory work.
• Advise on business acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations, restructures and shareholder agreements.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and other corporate documentation.
• Manage own matters with minimal supervision and collaborate with colleagues across the firm.
