Job summary

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE for a Staffordshire-based role offering £55,000+ (DOE). You will work with a varied client base on corporate transactions and commercial matters.

You will manage a diverse caseload, advise on acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, and draft shareholder agreements. The role offers genuine career progression and a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Corporate & Commercial Solicitors with 2-4 Years PQE.
• Solid grounding in corporate and commercial matters across transactions.
• Strong technical skills and ability to apply legal knowledge commercially.
• Understand commercial priorities and client value, communicating clearly.
• Capable of managing relationships and progressing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, collaborative approach contributing to team success.

Responsibilities

• Work with a varied portfolio of clients on transactional and advisory work.
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, restructures, and shareholder agreements.
• Support clients from startups to charities and public sector organisations.
• Manage matters with minimal supervision and collaborate with colleagues.
