Job summary

eNL is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor for its Shropshire team. The role involves advising a diverse client base on high‑quality corporate and commercial matters, including acquisitions, mergers, reorganisations, and joint ventures.

You will draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements while developing strong client relationships. Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors with experience in Corporate & Commercial Law.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitors with various PQE levels welcome.
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Excellent client-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, mergers and reorganisations.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including supply and licensing.
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice and build client relationships.
• Handle a varied corporate/commercial caseload for owner-managed to larger organisations.
